Yoga on Mondays

6 x 1 hour sessions £5.00 per session (£30)

General online yoga beginner course starting on 12 April (dates are 12, 19, 26 April, 10, 17 and 24 may -  no class on 3 may). There is a different focus every two weeks, Functional Core (flatter tummy!), Strong Bones (good for menopause & post menopause) & Yoga for Anxiety. It is £30 in total for the complete block of 6

You are not alone, 10% of all women have pelvic issues of leakage, stress incontinence, prolapse, weak or too tight pelvic floor and 1 in 3 will experience issues at some point in their life. These things occur in a very personal, intimate area of the body and many women just get on with it or are too embarrassed to talk about it or are unable to find the right support to improve things. These issues are NOT an inevitable part of motherhood, the menopause or getting older. 

Most pelvic health symptoms can be managed or improved dramatically with the right support and information. Continence is a hot topic, 10% of all women experience incontinence. The NHS have included pelvic health and incontinence in their 10 year improvement plan.

This is run in small groups of 8 (on zoom) and there is no obligation to share stories. It is a supportive atmosphere for collective learning and listening. A mix of theory, discussion and practical movement work. This course informs you about how to improve or manage your pelvic health (stress incontinence, irritated bladder, recurring UTI’s, sense of urgency, or prolapse).

Yoga for Pelvic Health   

6 x 1 hour sessions £10 per session (£60)

Specially formatted sequences for improving pelvic health using yoga and functional movement work to strengthen your core, pelvic floor, improve your breathing and any postural issues. This course contains pelvic safe core work and includes enhanced pelvic floor exercises using breathing techniques and different postures.
