I trained as a flautist at the Royal College of Music and combine my work as a professional performing musician alongside movement and coaching work. I teach yoga, functional movement, pelvic realignment and breathing techniques in group classes and with one-to-one clients. My experience includes working with clients to improve lower back, hip and pelvic pain, incontinence, bladder & bowel prolapse and bowel issues.
